We have two Florida locations: 1502 N Semoran Blvd, Suite 160 in Orlando, FL 32807, and 116 Canal Street in New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168.

What is the minimum number of players?

Our rooms have a 2-player minimum. To book a private experience, you pay for at least 2 players per room you're holding, which reserves the time slot and is non-refundable.

Yes — our Kids Only experience is a private guided adventure built for ages 5–14, with easier puzzles and zero scares. Flat $14.99 per child. We also have family-friendly rooms suitable for all ages.

Are your escape rooms scary?

Some are, some aren't. Several rooms (like A Frigid Flight and The Canal) are family-friendly with no scares. Horror-leaning rooms (like Toxicity, Mutation, and The Smile) can be toggled between horror-on and horror-off modes for groups that prefer mystery without the scares.

Yes, but walk-ins incur an additional $5 per person. We recommend reserving online to lock in the best rate and guarantee availability.

All sales are final. If a couple players in your group don't show, you do not receive a refund — your booking holds the time slot for the minimum number of players you reserved.

Where can I get my waiver?

When you make your reservation, an automatic email is sent to you so you can complete your waivers in advance — check your spam folder. If you didn't receive it, give us a call or fill out the contact form with your email and we'll resend it.
