No refunds. To lock in your event, you pay for the minimum 2 players per room held plus any selected add-ons. If you don't know your final headcount yet, that's fine — the locked-in minimum below is what's required to reserve.
If your final group ends up smaller, we can offer credit toward a future game for the missing seats — except for 3rd-party vouchers, which can't be credited.
Custom builds take time. Simple add-ons (cake, pizza, decorations, photos) usually need a few days' notice. Personalized final puzzles, custom-props, interview videos, edited GoPro footage, and fully custom experiences can take anywhere from several days to a few weeks depending on complexity — and edited video is delivered after your event. Please plan early and send your request as far ahead as you can so we can build it right.
